CANCELLATION POLICY

1. User Cancellation
   • Users can cancel orders before they are accepted or dispatched
   • Once a rider is assigned or order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be allowed

2. Drovia Cancellation
   Drovia may cancel orders if:
   • Item is unavailable
   • Service not available in area
   • Technical or pricing error
   • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, full refund (if paid) will be processed.
